I'm Dylan Singer
Founder & Head Coach of Forged Fitness.
I started this company to provide people with real fitness solutions in a world of grifters, uninformed influencers, and AI bullshit.
My journey with fitness began in 2020. After growing up obese turned into a lifetime of yo-yo dieting and spinning my wheels, I decided enough was enough. I was done being fat, soft, and weak. I was done accepting average.
Over the next year I lost 100lbs, and began building my physique brick by brick. Along the way I made every mistake possible, learned everything the hard way, and developed a burning passion for fitness.
I became certified as a personal trainer and sought out higher education in advanced areas of fitness, biomechanics, physiology, and biochemistry. To this day I continue to educate myself and learn new methods of achieving results.
Using my previous background as a biologist along with my own experience, I synthesized this knowledge into an all encompassing system that is the foundation of Forged Fitness.
The Forged Fitness Method
My method is based on hard work. Plain and simple. There are no shortcuts and no magic pills.
But by incorporating science, evidence-based practice, and tried-&-true methods into a strategic system, it is possible to maximize the ROI of that hard work.
We bring in strategic systems for training and nutrition, mindset practices that reinforce the identity shift necessary for lasting transformation, and advanced methods of bio-optimization to create results that last.
Most importantly, every facet of my coaching is designed based on your actual life, with your specific goals and constraints in mind, to create a system that reduces friction and removes the barriers between where you are and where you want to be.
This is not generic fitness coaching. This is not cookie-cutter ‘lose 10lbs while eating your favorite foods’ type bullshit. This is a strategic lifestyle system for people who are ready to make a serious transformation. For those who are done accepting average, and are ready to find out what they are capable of. For those who reject mediocrity and are willing to dig deeper.
